Are you dissatisfied with your Spending Planner?  We are really sorry to hear that and would like to resolve the problem for you.

By registering your problem, you understand and agree that the information you provide will first and foremost be dealt with by the Spending Planners Institute.  We will contact you via phone or email to discuss your issue.

Depending on the nature of the issue, and our conversation with you, it is possible that we will need to notify the spending planner of the complaint and give them an opportunity to provide an explanation.

In all circumstances, we will work to reach a satisfactory resolution.
